Capital TO U20 Overview

Kyogo Furuhashi has officially completed a transfer to the LA Galaxy, leaving Birmingham City after a highly disappointing spell. The Japanese forward struggled to find his form in the Championship following his £10 million ($13m) move, which ultimately led to him missing the 2026 World Cup. Now, Furuhashi hopes to revive his career in Major League Soccer and regain his prolific goalscoring touch.

Lionel Messi and Co. remain favorites, but strong starts from Nashville, San Jose and Vancouver have the league nicely poised heading into a long break.

Inter Miami are closing in on a sensational deal to bring Casemiro to Major League Soccer following his departure from Manchester United. The legendary Brazilian midfielder has reportedly chosen South Florida as his preferred destination, setting the stage for a mouth-watering reunion with several former rivals and friends in the United States.

The LA Galaxy got a timely victory, and Inter Miami continued their strong road form in another compelling week of MLS.
