Mamelodi Sundowns vs Marumo Gallants Preview: Kick-off time, TV channel & squad news

The Brazilians' captain, Themba Zwane, has resumed training with the rest of the squad, but the coach will not rush him to competitive action.

Defender Mothobi Mvala has undergone surgery on his knee and will be out for a while, while Grant Kekana is still working to get back to fitness.

But coach Miguel Cardoso has enough cover with his large group of players, and new signing Miguel Reisinho could make his Masandawana debut.

Sundowns' possible XI: Williams, Mudau, Modiba, Lebusa, Khoza, Mokwena, Allende, Nuno Santos, Sales, Matthews, Rayners 

Bahlabane ba Ntwa coach Alexandre Lafitte has no player who is suspended for Saturday's match and will have a large pool of players to pick from.

But there are fitness concerns about Captain Edgar Manaka, who has missed recent matches.

Sundowns are coming from a 4-1 win over Richards Bay in the Premier Soccer League last Saturday to lead the PSL table.

That result was some recovery from the 1-0 upset by Golden Arrows three days earlier.

They come up against wounded  Gallants who were beaten 1-0 by Siwelele in the Mangaung Derby last weekend.

Bahlabane and Masandawana have already met this season with the match ending 1-1 in Bloemfontein on September 17.
