Juventus and Atalanta are reportedly in talks over the possible transfer of Franck Kessie, but Liverpool have upped their interest with the player's agent said to be heading to Merseyside.
The 19-year-old has attracted interest from around Europe, and although Juventus are thought to be heading the pack, Gazzetta dello Sport reports that his agent is due in Liverpool next week for talks.
Juve and Atalanta are said to be continuing to discuss other potential deals, with not only Kessie but also Mattia Caldara interesting the Serie A giants.
Recent meetings in Milan have so far failed to provide a suitable arrangement between the two clubs so far.
