Luis Enrique's return as Spain manager looks set to be announced in the next 24 hours. Australian club Central Coast Mariners have signed Jair for the rest of the season, the club has confirmed.&nbsp; The 31-year-old Brazilian joins the A-League side after playing in the competition last season for Newcastle Jets.&nbsp; “Jair is a talented footballer, who has a proven scoring record in the Korean K-League and a number of other leagues around the world,” Mariners coach Alen Stajcic said. “He has trained with us in recent weeks and fitted into the squad well, and now I am excited to see him as a part of our team and what he can bring to the table in the A-League.”

If those obstacles can be overcome then he would be a fit, but the club may look for an easier way to add quality in midfield, such as Elneny's former team-mate, Granit Xhaka.
