WATCH: So many goals! Man City Erling Haaland releases 2023 highlights soundtracked by Drake cover which includes bizarre photo of him drinking milk from the bottle

Haaland enjoyed a record-breaking 2023 that saw him score 50 goals for City and Norway. He posted a personal highlights reel on his Instagram account soundtracked by a cover of a popular Drake song, but the video also included a photo of himself posing while swigging milk straight from the bottle.

Haaland captioned his post: "Thank you for the incredible support throughout the year, excited for what lies ahead! Happy New Year everyone!"

2023 saw Haaland win the Premier League, FA Cup, Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup with Manchester City. He broke the single-season Premier League goals record with 36 goals in 2022-23, and he won the PFA Players' Player of the Year award.

Haaland has missed City's last seven matches in all competitions after suffering a stress fracture in his foot. He is expected to return in the next few weeks, and when he does he will focus on adding to his 19-goal tally for the season so far.
