A section of the West Ham supporters hurled insults towards their former star player as the midfielder returned to London with Arsenal for a crucial Premier League clash. The fans were heard chanting, "You should've signed for a big club" as Rice came near the touchline to take a corner kick.

It's the third time this season that Rice is facing his former club and the second time he is visiting the London Stadium as a Gunners player. But the England star appeared to have the last laugh as Mikel Arteta's side took a resounding 4-0 lead into the break. William Saliba, Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Magalhaes and Leandro Trossard found the back of the net to cap off a dominant first-half display.

The North London club are on track to get all three points from Sunday's fixture, which will help them to match Manchester City's points tally (52) after 24 matches. Arsenal will be next be in action against Burnley in the Premier League on February 17.
