Ranked at No. 16 in the world, LAFC is the most valuable MLS franchise with a valuation of $1.28B, with Inter Miami ($1.19B), LA Galaxy ($1.1B), Atlanta United ($1.08B) and NYCFC ($1B) all in the top 20.
The number is a slight decline from the mark of 20 from the 2024 rankings. However, club values have ballooned since then, with LAFC going from $1.15B to $1.28B in the space of 12 months.
MLS can’t match the revenue of top European clubs, but it has the advantage on cost controls, modern stadiums and a single-entity structure that fosters ownership collaboration. The lack of relegation also sets a floor for MLS values that has risen dramatically over the past decade.
