Jose Mourinho's Fenerbahce make Jadon Sancho transfer enquiry after Napoli cool interest in Man Utd outcast

Sancho will return to Old Trafford after spending the 2024-25 campaign on loan at Chelsea. The winger had an inconsistent start at Stamford Bridge, but he found some form by the end of the season, contributing five goals and ten assists across all competitions to help the Blues finish fourth in the Premier League and win the UEFA Conference League. However, his efforts were not enough to convince Chelsea to keep the English winger permanently.

While Sancho returns to his parent club this summer, it is unlikely that he will stay after being deemed surplus to Ruben Amorim's needs. Amid speculation over the English star's future, Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu has claimed that Mourinho's Fenerbahce have shown interest in signing the 25-year-old.

Serie A giants Napoli and Juventus are also eyeing Sancho; however, Sabuncuoglu has claimed that the new Italian champions have cooled their interest in the player due to his massive wage demands, which they are unlikely to meet.

With the 2026 World Cup looming large on the horizon, Sancho will hope to find a new club where he gets regular game time in the 2025-26 campaign to regain his form and potentially catch the eye of England boss Thomas Tuchel.
