'All is fine now!' - Harry Maguire confirms he will rejoin Man Utd squad after solving 'personal matter' which saw him miss pre-season tour flight to U.S.
Harry Maguire has confirmed he will meet up with Manchester United's squad for their American camp after missing their pre-season tour flight.
United fans were taken aback when centre-back Maguire was not in the team's travelling squad to the United States ahead of their Premier League Summer Series campaign. But the England international has moved to allay any fears of a problem following a reported 'personal matter', saying he will link up with his team-mates later this week.

WHAT MAGUIRE SAID
In an Instagram story that was reposted on X, Maguire said: "All is fine now. I will be travelling tomorrow (Wednesday) to meet up with the squad. Thanks for your concern."
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Maguire and United have a huge season ahead of them. Head coach Ruben Amorim is under big pressure to get his team going, and despite spending more than £120 million on Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo, the Red Devils squad still needs a lot of work. But it will be a boost to know that Maguire is available as they step up their pre-season campaign.
