    Rodriguez posted an image of the legendary forward on Instagram amid a week of intense speculation about his future. Reports state that Ronaldo looks set to stay with Saudi club Al-Nassr having initially hinted he may move on from the club.

However, Foot Mercato claim a "full agreement" is in place to renew with the club and that he has already penned a new deal.

    FIFA president Gianni Infantino also fanned the flames when he claimed that Ronaldo might play at the Club World Cup, which begins next month, despite Al-Nassr not being involved.
