Annie Kilner could follow Coleen Rooney into I’m A Celebrity as Kyle Walker’s wife is told she can ‘name her fee’ for reality TV appearances amid divorce drama with Man City star

Coleen Rooney's stint in the jungle, where she reached the final, was a major success. The wife of England and Manchester United legend Wayne is now set to rake it in, with predictions that she could earn £40 million from TV contracts, book deals and a Netflix documentary.

It's a path that Walker's wife Kilner could be about to follow, according to PR expert Lynn Carratt. According to Carratt, TV bosses are "desperate" to hear Kilner's story amid her high-profile divorce drama with the Manchester City star.

"This time last year Annie wasn't on many people’s radars but given what has happened over this year, there is a lot of sympathy and admiration for her and how she has handled all of this," Carratt told Slingo. "There is a lot of appetite for Annie and her story so TV bosses will be desperate to sign her up as they know she will generate great publicity and she could more or less name her fee.

"She has a very similar story to Coleen and she will have been inspired by how Coleen is now a star in her own right. She has dabbled in TV work before but if she takes the offers coming her way, she could also become a millionaire in her own right."

It's not just I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here that may be an option for Kilner, but ITV's Celebrity Big Brother as well. But Carratt believes the former model would prefer to enter the jungle, despite a potential move to the Middle East with the Saudi-linked Walker.

"Annie can see how well Coleen has done by herself and could be inspired to step out on her own to propel herself into the world of reality TV and influencing," she added. "There is talk that Kyle is a leading target for Saudi pro club Al-Ahli, which would result in a huge payout for him, but I think it's unlikely Annie would want to make the move to the Middle East.

"She'll likely want to stay in the North, close to her friends and family and could have been spurred on by her gym buddy Coleen's successful stint in the jungle. With CBB casting, I'm sure Annie would be at the top of their list, but I don't think she'd be keen on that show. I believe she would be up for challenging herself physically and mentally and showing the public who she really is.

"It's likely I'm A Celebrity would be number one on her hit list, but she'd consider Dancing on Ice or Strictly. And now she’s back on Instagram and getting a lot of interactions on anything she posts, brands will be desperate to work with her and could make hundreds of thousands from those posts alone."

Walker was reportedly left stunned when Kilner filed for divorce, which came off the back of his public affair with ex-Love Island star Lauryn Goodman. It's been a tricky year for the 34-year-old, not helped by City's recent problems on the pitch.
