A muscle problem forced Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini off in the 51st minute against Slovan Bratislava, with Roma 2-0 up on matchday three of the Champions League league phase. Gian Piero Gasperini brought on Matías Soulé in his place.
In the coming hours, the Roma midfielder will undergo tests to assess the extent of the injury and how long he could be out.
