    Manchester United may have to bring back Facundo Pellistri in January - according to Noticias De Alava.

    The 19-year-old returned to Deportivo Alaves for a second loan spell in the summer, but has struggled to impress at the start of the 2021-22 campaign.

    Pellistri could return to United early if his fortunes don't improve soon, with the Uruguayan currently under contract at Old Trafford until 2025.

    Milan keen on Umtiti

    Milan are keen on signing Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti - as Calcio Mercato reports.

    The Rossoneri would like to bring in the 27-year-old in January, and the Blaugrana are very much open to a sale.

    Umtiti has yet to play for Barca this season, despite still having two years left on his contract, and he has will made available for transfer in the new year as the club continues to try and reduce their wage bill.

    Leicester City full-back Timothy Castagne is the subject of interest from Juventus and Inter - according to La Derniere Heure.

    Both teams could move for the 25-year-old when the transfer window reopens, with the Belgian currently valued at around £25 million ($34m).

    Leicester are reluctant to sell Castagne, though, and he is contracted to remain at the King Power Stadium until 2025.

    Bayern plotting move for Liverpool-linked Adeyemi

    Bayern Munich are plotting a transfer swoop for Liverpool-linked starlet Karim Adeyemi, Goal and SPOX can confirm.

    Adeyemi is attracting attention from top sides across Europe after a bright start to his career at Red Bull Salzburg, who snapped him up from German fourth-tier outfit SpVgg Unterhaching back in 2018.

    Liverpool are among those being credited with an interest in the 19-year-old, but Bayern are hoping to win the race for his signature when the transfer window reopens.

    Juve may sell Kulusevski to raise Vlahovic funds

    Juventus may decide to sell Dejan Kulusevski in January in order to raise extra funds for Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic - according to Calcio Mercato.

    Kulusevski has fallen down the squad pecking order since Massimiliano Allegri's return to the Allianz Stadium, and Tottenham are thought to be keen on bringing him to the Premier League.

    Juve will use any money from the Swede's sale to help finance a move for Vlahovic, who is expected to leave Fiorentina next year after rejecting a new deal.

    Borussia Monchengladbach rejected an offer from Inter for star striker Marcus Thuram in the summer.

    Gladbach sporting director Max Eberl says the Frenchman also made it clear he wanted to stay put when the Italian giants made their interest known.

    “It’s true that Inter showed great interest and there was a very specific offer,” Eberl has told Bild. “But first of all, Marcus didn’t want to leave. Second, we looked at the offer but didn’t want to let him go. Then there was the injury.”

    Juventus have set a €30 million (£25m/$35m) asking price for United States international Weston McKennie - according to Calcio Mercato.

    The 23-year-old will be free to leave the Allianz Stadium in January, with Tottenham and West Ham among those interested in his services.

    Paris Saint-Germain considered a move for Mohamed Salah in the summer transfer window - according to Fabrizio Romano.

    The Italian journalist has told Rio Ferdinand's Youtube channel FIVE that PSG set their sights on the Liverpool star as a potential replacement for Kylian Mbappe as Real Madrid chased the Frenchman's services.

    The Reds made it clear that Salah was not for sale, and the Egyptian is now in talks over a new contract at Anfield.
