Sevilla confirmed their title credentials at the weekend by producing a stunning turn around in their cross-city derby with Real Betis to record an unlikely 2-1 away win.

Trailing 1-0 at the break having been spectacularly outplayed in the opening 45 minutes, Jorge Sampaoli's men fought back in the second period to claim three points which keeps them very much in touch with the leaders at the top of La Liga.

Thursday sees them host an Athletic Bilbao side whose away form has been extremely poor this season, and whose general play in the last month or so has deteriorated, culminating in a shock Europa League exit at APOEL Nicosia last week.

bet365, who are live streaming the game for UK based customers, offer a home win at 4/6 (1.66) while Atletico are offered at 9/2 (5.50) and the draw can be backed at 14/5 (3.80).

Athletic's problem this season away from home has been a startling lack of goals, with just seven strikes in 11 games, making the Basques the lowest scorers on the road in the entire division. That is a remarkable statistic for a side sitting in eighth place. The Bilbao outfit have netted just seven goals in 11 away games this term, and have failed to find the back of the net in each of their last four games on the road.

GFX FACT SEVILLA V ATH BILBAO

Sevilla are not the strongest side defensively but they have kept clean sheets in their last two league games at the Sanchez Pizjuan and with Athletic missing their top scorer Aritz Aduriz through injury, the price of 6/4 (2.50) for the hosts to keep a clean sheet looks to offer unmissable value.

The hosts have kept clean sheets at home against the likes of Atletico Madrid and Villarreal this season, and another shut-out  against the least prolific side in La Liga on the road looks highly probable.
