It is difficult to imagine Villarreal creating anywhere near the number of chances on Tuesday evening and Emery's men are likely to defend deep and try to hit Bayern on the counterattack, something which worked well for them in their 3-0 win at Juventus.
Nagelsmann's team have been in extraordinary scoring form at home in the competition netting 20 times in their four clashes in front of their own fans and backing another high scoring encounter makes plenty of sense.
