VIDEO: It's a Special One! Masked Jose Mourinho becomes latest star to don new adidas Predators after Jude Bellingham & Trent Alexander-Arnold as epic marketing campaign rolls on

The former Roma, Chelsea and Real Madrid boss was filmed in full adidas attire with his face covered, sitting in the back of a van. Some clever editing work revealed Mourinho's true identity alongside his classic 'shh' celebration. The veteran coach held aloft the new 30th anniversary edition of the Predators in a classic black, red and white colourway, with this line of boot also featuring a pop of bright yellow.

Mourinho is the latest football superstar to don the new range of classic adidas boots. Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold was the first to debut the next-gen Predator 24 model back in November 2023. He has since featured in their marketing campaigns alongside Real Madrid sensation Jude Bellingham, who modelled the same boot shortly after Alexander-Arnold.

A return to management doesn't seem far away for the Portuguese veteran. He was surprisingly sacked from his post as Roma boss last month and was immediately mooted for a switch to Saudi Arabia. Since then, links with Barcelona and a sensational Manchester United return have appeared, while some have tipped Mourinho for a short-term role back at Chelsea amid Mauricio Pochettino's struggles at Stamford Bridge.
