Doue and Yamal are part of the next generation of superstars in the world of football, but the PSG man believes he has the edge over Barcelona's wonderkid compared to Lionel Messi.

Doue may not have been aware that his answer was being recorded, but his resume is incredibly impressive. Having won the Champions League last season, he also notched 32 goal contributions in 61 matches across all competitions. Alongside Yamal and team-mate Ousmane Dembele, he is one of the favourites to land the Ballon d'Or this year.

Both young stars are preparing to go again for the 2025-26 campaign and really stake their claim to be considered as the best in the world. Barcelona are Spanish champions, thanks largely to the work of Yamal, while Doue also helped the French side to the Club World Cup final during the summer.
