  • THE BIGGER PICTURE

Both have been on international duty since the 2023-24 season came to a close, with Lehmann taking part in Euro 2025 qualifiers after joining Luiz in the United States for Brazil’s Copa America campaign. They are now very much part of the fold at Juve.

  • DID YOU KNOW?

On the women’s side, Lehmann opened her goal account for the Italian giants during a 6-1 friendly win over Swiss side Servette. The 25-year-old was all smiles after that contest, saying on social media: “I’m so happy with the win today. And of course that I’ve scored my first goal for Juventus. I’m really proud to wear this shirt!”

  • WHAT NEXT?

Luiz also had cause for celebration, as he helped Juventus’ men’s team to a 2-2 draw with Brest. He stepped off the bench in that fixture, before going on to tee up fellow countryman Danilo for a goal that briefly put the Bianconeri ahead before they were pegged back late on.
