Real Madrid in talks to snap up 16-year-old wonderkid Abdellah Ouazane from Ajax

According to a report by Marca, the 16-year-old has been on Real’s radar for quite some time, with many other teams monitoring his progress. Los Blancos are in contact with his representatives, and he might soon sign for their youth team or Castilla side after his contract at Ajax comes to an end on June 30.

Ouazane, who played for the Netherlands U-15 team, currently represents the Morocco U-17 side and was named the best player of the African U-17 Cup. He operates mostly as an attacking midfielder and has a knack for scoring goals.

The Amsterdam native debuted for the U-17 national team in October 2024 and has scored four goals in 13 appearances so far.

While Madrid work on the signing of the youth star, Xabi Alonso and his team will soon be participating in the Club World Cup, which starts on June 14. They will play their first match against Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal on June 18.
