  • WHAT HAPPENED?

Yoro came on as a substitute during Amorim's first defeat as United boss, a 2-0 reverse against Arsenal at the Emirates. He looked better than some of his team-mates during the loss, and Yoro's new manager has heaped on the praise on the French teenager following his return to action.

    WHAT AMORIM SAID

In an interview with Talksport, Amorim said: "Of course, Leny Yoro, you can feel the talent. The speed, the way he handled one against one, in a very difficult stadium... [After] a lot of time without playing, you can see the quality."

  • THE BIGGER PICTURE

Yoro was injured in the summer and forced to spend months on the sidelines, eventually returning to training in October following surgery. Against the Gunners, he got his first match action in a long time and will be desperate to kick on and get a run of starts.
