How Mauricio Pochettino plans to salvage Chelsea's floundering season with his job on the line - explained

The physically not very strong midfield combo of Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez, who are struggling, would also have greater cover from an extra defender behind them. Ben Chilwell and Malo Gusto would have greater freedom to play as wing-backs rather than full-backs in the system.

"We can't give up and we are going to work hard to try and change, maybe take some decisions to find a different way," Pochettino said after the game against Wolves. "If it is not working this way, we need to move on and try to find a different type of solution."
