Real Madrid saw off Hungary's Ferencvaros 2-1 in a friendly on Saturday. The Spanish side dominated for long spells, but the hosts pulled one back in the second half to leave the outcome in the balance until the final whistle.
Real Madrid came out on the front foot and nearly struck early. Arda Guler dragged a shot past the post from outside the box in the 7th minute, then Endrick spurned a close-range chance in the 11th, blazing his effort over the bar.
Daniel Arzani gave Ferencvaros their reply with attempts in the 4th and 10th minutes, though neither troubled the Real Madrid goal.
The pressure kept coming. Brahim Diaz curled wide in the 14th minute, Alexis Siria fired over in the 15th, and the Ferencvaros goalkeeper denied Endrick in the 37th.
