The American Jiu-Jitsu expert formed part of the latest Misfits Boxing show that took place in Manchester on Saturday evening. He had courted controversy in the build-up to that event when aiming a series of jibes in the direction of WWE star Paul.

A war of words on social media delivered more entertainment outside of the ring than what was produced in it, with fans left disappointed by a one-sided contest that eventually ended in disqualification chaos for Danis as security staff stepped in and the fight was brought to a close moments before the final bell sounded.
