VELO Overview

FC Copenhagen and adidas have officially pulled back the curtain on the club's new home kit for the 2026-27 season, delivering a design that leans heavily into the club's deep-rooted identity. The jersey serves as a tribute to the Danish capital, incorporating historic heraldry into a modern performance look.

Youssoufa Moukoko is currently a long way from the form he displayed in youth teams and with the DFB squad. Nevertheless, he recently had reason to celebrate in Denmark.

FC Copenhagen and adidas have teamed up to pay tribute to one of the most significant institutions in the history of the beautiful game. To mark the 150th anniversary of Kjøbenhavns Boldklub (KB), a founding pillar of the modern club, a special edition heritage jersey has been unveiled to celebrate a legacy that predates almost every other professional side on the planet.

"[There’s] a young player who plays for [Borussia] Dortmund called Youssoufa Moukoko," Samuel Eto’o told GOAL when asked who he’d love to see as Barcelona’s next big signing back in October 2020. "[He’s] 15 years of age, and he’s the next top player, for me, after [Lionel] Messi. As Messi gets older, we could prepare the future of Barcelona very well."
