    SEKHUKHUNE UNITED 4-2 AMAZULU FC

    Sekhukhune United demonstrated their strength against AmaZulu FC, emerging victorious with a score of 4-2 at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium on Wednesday evening.

    Usuthu took an early lead with Etiosa Ighodaro's goal in the fourth minute, but Andy Boyeli brought Babina Noko level in the 24th minute.

    Keletso Makgalwa, a former Mamelodi Sundowns star, netted Sekhukhune's second goal in the 53rd minute. Arthur Zwane and Vusumuzi Vilakazi's team tied the game with a goal from Elmo Kambindu in the 78th minute,

    Nonetheless, experienced midfielder Linda Mntambo's two goals just 10 minutes before the final whistle secured three points for Sekhukhune at home.

    The Limpopo-based team climbed one spot from fifth to fourth place, while the KwaZulu-Natal team stay in eighth position in the PSL standings.

    CAPE TOWN CITY 0-2 CHIPPA UNITED

    Chippa United brushed aside Cape Town City with a 2-0 win at the Athlone Stadium on Tuesday evening.

    In-form Sinoxolo Kwayiba netted two goals in the second-half to ensure the Chilli Boys returned to the Eastern Cape with all three points.

    Chippa ascended to ninth place, while the Citizens remained in 10th position in the PSL standings.

    TS GALAXY 2-3 STELLENBOSCH

    Stellenbosch FC rallied from behind to defeat TS Galaxy 3-2 at the Mbombela Stadium on Tuesday night.

    Devin Titus opened the scoring for Stellies in the 17th minute, but Victor Letsoalo leveled matters for the Rockets in the 31st minute

    Galaxy regained the lead in the 48th minute with a goal from Dzenan Zajmovic. However, Ashley Cupido equalised in the 83rd minute.

    Just when it appeared the match would finish in a draw, Cupido netted a decisive goal for the visitors in stoppage time.

    Despite securing a win in Mpumalanga, Steve Barker's team climbed to seventh place while the Rockets held onto fourth place in the log table.

  • Phuti Mohafe, Polokwane City

    POLOKWANE CITY 0-1 MAGESI FC

    Magesi FC claimed the bragging rights against Polokwane City in the Limpopo Derby following a 1-0 victory at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium.

    Thabang Sibanyoni's goal in the 20th minute was sufficient to secure Dikwena Tsa Meetse three points on the road.

    Owen Da Gama's team could not move from the 15th position in the PSL table despite the victory, while Rise and Shine remained in third place in the standings.
