Olancho FC 概要

The Brazilians' head coach has found an ally in his ongoing crusade against the substandard playing surfaces in the Betway Premiership. Former Raja Casablanca assistant Fadlu Davids has publicly supported the Portuguese tactician, suggesting that the current state of South African pitches is detrimental to the league's reputation and technical development.

Veteran tactician Ernst Middendorp has broken his silence regarding his latest career move, shifting his focus away from the dugout to spearhead an ambitious youth development project. Despite persistent rumours linking him with a return to professional management in the Betway Premiership, the former Kaizer Chiefs boss is fully committed to his new role.

The brutal nature of the Betway Premiership has claimed another managerial casualty as Durban City FC have reportedly parted ways with Khalil Ben Youssef. The former Kaizer Chiefs man, who was only appointed to the role three months ago, has been relieved of his duties despite leading the club through a continental campaign.

The Brazilians have bolstered their defensive ranks with the addition of Wandile Dube, securing the highly-rated left-footed centre-back from AmaZulu. While the 22-year-old arrives with a growing reputation, experts are already warning against placing the weight of unfair expectations on his shoulders at Chloorkop.
