  • Euro 2025 prize money

The UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 features a record €41 million prize pool, marking a staggering 156% increase over the €16 million allocated in 2022. Every one of the 16 teams receives a guaranteed €1.8 million just for qualifying, accounting for roughly 70% of the total pot.

The remaining 30% is awarded via performance bonuses—€100,000 per group-stage win, €50,000 for a draw, plus additional payments for reaching the quarter-finals (€550,000), semi-finals (€700,000), and runner‑up (€850,000). A team that wins all three group games and the final could earn up to €5.1 million.

For the first time, 30–40% of each national federation’s earnings must go directly to players, ensuring athletes receive a tangible share. The club benefit payments for players released to national teams have jumped to €9 million, up from €4.5 million in 2022, further supporting the women's game across Europe.
