Orlando Pirates loanee Tefo 'Chippa' Mofokeng continued with his fine goal-scoring run after he found the back of the net for Mochudi Centre Chiefs against Township Rollers.

The Bucs' youngster scored the second goal for the away side in the 87th minute during a Botswana Premier League encounter staged on Sunday. The opener for the visitors was netted in the 85th minute by Resaobaka Thatanyane as Centre Chiefs finally claimed a 2-0 victory over the struggling heavyweights.

This was a big match, given that Chiefs, third on the log, overtook Rollers, who are sixth but on goal difference.

The goals against Rollers mean Mofokeng has found the back of the net in two back-to-back matches as he continues to prove his worth for Mochudi Centre Chiefs.

He was also on target against VTM FC on April 9 when Chiefs claimed a 3-0 victory.

He joined Chiefs after an impressive time with the Pirates junior side, especially in the ABC Motsepe League, Gauteng Division.

After finding the back of the net once again, his hope is to continue to score more goals in the season to help his side during the loan stint he is with them.

An impressive campaign could force Orlando Pirates to recall Mofokeng and promote him to the senior team.
