    WHAT HAPPENED?

    Khama Billiat made his official debut for Scottland FC during their 2-0 victory over Caps United in the Zimbabqwe Premier Soccer League at Rufaro Stadium on Sunday.

    The experienced attacker started the match, but was substituted in the second-half after providing an assist for Tymon Machope, who scored Scottland's first goal.

    Namibian star Sadney Urikhob scored the other goal for the visitors.

    PSL FLAVOUR AT SCOTTLAND

    Zimbabwe PSL debutants Scottland had some former Premier Soccer League players in their starting lineup.

    Apart from Billiat, ex-Chippa United star Kevin Moyo, former Bloemfontein Celtic and SuperSport United left-back Ronald Pfumbidzai started together with Talbert Shumba, who played for Free State Stars.

    Billiat was coming back from an injury that saw him miss their league opener against Triangle United.

    Scottland are the only team to notch two wins in the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League.

    Others have dropped points already after two matchdays and Scottland are two points clear at the top of the table.

    WHAT NEXT FOR BILLIAT?

    Billiat is expected to be named in Zimbabwe's squad for the 2026 Fifa World Cup qualifiers against Nigeria and Rwanda.

    He is the most senior player in coach Michael Nees' team.
