"No doubt about it he is a good player. I used to play with his father Patrick Mayo at Kaizer Chiefs," Khanye told Soccer Laduma.
"You know he has improved compared to the time before he left South Africa. He can score goals but he can't help Chiefs alone. I have seen him play in the CAF Champions League and he has power on both legs which is good as a striker but he needs to have quality players around him to do the job.
"Have a good number ten who can supply him balls to score and quality left and right wingers who can create and also score goals if he doesn't. So as much as he is good I don't think he can solve Chiefs' problems alone," added the former winger.
"They need at least eight or nine quality players. Not players who are available."
