Paul Pogba's shock next club?! Frenchman's wife Zulay drops hint while watching Real Madrid match as doping ban ticks down

Zulay Pogba has been a welcome source of support for the World Cup-winning midfielder throughout a suspension that was reduced to 18 months on appeal. He has seen his contract at Serie A giants Juventus terminated, but will be free to resume his career from March 2025.

Various landing spots for Pogba have been rumoured, from Saudi Arabia to MLS via Marseille and a third stint at Manchester United, but no definitive call on his future has been made as yet. That is helping to keep lively debate raging.

Zulay has decided to have some fun with that, posting a cheeky update on social media while catching a live game from La Liga. Real Madrid were in action against Las Palmas, with Zulay saying: “Can’t wait to see Paul Pogba play again.” She included a 'laughing monkey' emoji in the post.

Given that she also included a laughing emoji, Zulay would appear to be making a general statement about her partner’s imminent return to the field, rather than delivering a nod towards his next port of call. Anything could, however, happen as no paperwork has been signed.
