Iheanacho's goal not enough as Leicester City succumb to Udinese

Kelechi Iheanacho got the consolatory goal as Leicester City were beaten 2-1 by Udinese in Saturday’s friendly encounter.

On the back of their goalless draw with Akhisarspor, the Foxes’ intention of getting a positive result in the tie suffered a setback as Kevin Lasagna opened the scoring for the White-blacks as early as the fourth minute.

Darwin Machis then doubled the lead in the 23rd minute before the Nigeria international scored in stoppage time but could not prevent the King Power Stadium outfit from suffering their first pre-season defeat.
