Hearts coach Nuttall expects 'tough' game against Liberty

Hearts of Oak manager Frank Elliott Nuttall says he is expecting a difficult game against Liberty Professionals on matchday 16 of the Ghana Premier League at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.

The Phobians stunned the visitors 3-0 at their backyard and pushed further up on the log in their quest to win the league title for the first time since 2009.

“It is going to be a tough game like always because every game is a tough game,” Nuttall told his club's website.

“We have prepared well and we have had a good week [of training]. Training was enjoyable. We will approach the game in the same way like others, same focus, same concentration and same desire and determination to win.

“Liberty are a good side and they have got good players and I am expecting more of the same but to be honest it will be a tough one for us.”

Nuttall also gave updates on defenders Inusah Musah and Richard Yamoah, who picked various degrees of injuries in the first round of the campaign.

“Inusah is at the early stages of his rehab and there will be some weeks before he will be able to play again. The possibility to play is good and so he should be back playing,” he said.

“Richard Yamoah is being assessed by the medical consultant and we will find out more.

“Leonard Tawiah and Anthony Nimo are fine and are okay. They have no problem. They should come in their numbers and support the players, be positive and encourage them.”

Hearts sit third in the log with 26 points, six points behind Wafa.
