Franck Kessie has revealed that his readiness and availability for games are the secrets behind his impressive debut season with AC Milan.
The midfielder who is currently on a two-year loan deal from Atalanta enjoyed a regular playing time this term.
Kessie played crucial roles in the heart of the Rossoneri's midfield and registered five goals and five assists in 51 appearances across all competitions - including 37 league matches.
And the Cote d'Ivoire international has appreciated Vincenzo Montella [who brought him to Milan last summer before his sack] and Gennaro Gattuso [who took over at the helm in November 2017] for the opportunity.
“I am always ready and available for the coach. That’s the reason I have played so many matches," Kessie was quoted by Football Italia.

“I have a good relationship with the boss. He wants to give confidence to the players, he has won everything.
“I need to say thanks to Gattuso and to Montella, they have always played me.”
AC Milan secured an automatic qualification to the Europa League group stage following their 5-1 win over Fiorentina on Sunday.
However, Kessie is determined to help the San Siro Stadium outfit return to the Champions League next season, with their last appearance in the 2013-14 campaign.
“I have settled very well. We have had some problems but we needed to achieve our target of getting into the Europa League,” he added.
“Next year, I need to do even better in order to get into the Champions League."
