    TS Galaxy 0-2 Durban City

Premier Soccer League newbies Durban City romped to a 2-0 victory over TS Galaxy on Sunday at Mbombela Stadium.

After a goalless first half, City broke the deadlock in the 46th minute when Samkelo Maseko scored.

At the hour mark, the away side doubled their lead when former Mamelodi Sundowns star Haashim Domingo delivered a corner-kick, which was turned home by Mfanafuthi Mkhize.

This is a dream start for the debutants, as former Kaizer Chiefs coach Gavin Hunt's side collected three points that propelled them to second place on the table.

    Richards Bay 1-2 Marumo Gallants

Ten-man Marumo Gallants defied their numerical disadvantage to edge hosts Richards Bay at King Goodwill Zwelithini Stadium.

Bheki Mabuza scored the fastest goal of the season so far when he struck for visitors Gallants three minutes into the match to take the lead.

But Bahlanane ba Ntwa's afternoon took a negative turn when their captain, Edgar Manaka, became the first player to be shown a red card in this campaign when he was sent off on 39 minutes.

The Natal Rich Boyz then took advantage of having an extra man on the pitch to reply through Lundi Mahala 10 minutes into the second half.

But right into stoppage time, Gallants reclaimed their lead through Simo Mbhele to seal victory on the road.
