    SUPERSPORT UNITED VS GOLDEN ARROWS

Christian Saile Basomboli was on target as SuperSport United four minutes into the game against Golden Arrows at Lucas Moripe Stadium on Sunday.

But Velemseni Ndwandwe hit back for Abafana Bes'thende 20 minutes later before the match was abandoned at half-time with the scoreline 1-1 after floodlights went off during load-shedding.

There was no power generator on standby and the game had to be called off on an evening Gavin Hunt was celebrating the milestone of coaching 1000 PSL games while it was Arrows co-coach Musa Bilankulu's birthday.

Saile has now scored three goals in seven games for SuperSport across all competitions.

    STELLENBOSCH FC 1-1 RICHARDS BAY

The match between Stellenbosch FC and Richards Bay ended with a 1-1 stalemate at the Danie Craven Stadium on Friday night.

Orlando Pirates legend Benedict Vilakazi's son, Thato Mohlamme, scored just within the first two minutes of the match to give the Natal Rich Boys the lead.

However, Fawaaz Basadien equalised for Stellies, converting a penalty in the 78th minute after Lesiba Nku was fouled in the box by Keagan Allan.

Following the draw, Stellenbosch remained in seventh position, missing a chance to leapfrog Kaizer Chiefs, while Richards Bay could not move from the 13th place in the league standings.
