Kyle Walker's ex Lauryn Goodman dubbed 'a sensational signing' after being snapped up for new reality television show

Walker's ex, Lauryn Goodman, has signed up for the next season of reality TV show 'Celebs Go Dating' with the Manchester City star currently away on international duty with England at Euro 2024.

Goodman was the centre of a major scandal when it was revealed that Walker was the father of her child, a ten-month-old at the time. The defender was still with his wife Annie Kilner when the news broke - with the pair going their separate ways in the aftermath of the drama.

A source close to the situation spoke to The Sun, where they said: "She is quite a sensational signing for the show, not least because she now has a huge profile - and she’s one of the country’s best-known singletons now.

“Almost every celeb who goes into CGD has some kind of backstory involving their private life, but Lauryn probably has one of the most sensational.

“But she won’t be getting any special treatment from the experts on the show as all the applicants get an equal hand in finding love.”

Regardless of the news regarding his ex, Walker will focus on England's upcoming clash against Slovenia following the disappointing 1-1 draw with Denmark in Frankfurt.

Both Kilner and Goodman were present in the crowd for the fixture, as Walker's children watched their father in action at Deutsche Bank Park.
