Kaizer Chiefs snap losing streak with win over PEC Zwolle in Netherlands pre-season tour

After a goalless first half, Chiefs took control in the second stanza, with Naledi Hlongwane opening the scoring in the 53rd minute.

The South African club maintained a disciplined display to secure their first victory on the tour.

This was Amakhosi's fourth match on their pre-season tour of the Netherlands. They first lost 2-1 to Vitesse, then went on to a 4-0 defeat to Utrecht and a 1-0 defeat to NEC Nijmegen.

Nasreddine Nabi’s side will wrap up their pre-season campaign with a final clash against FC Twente on Wednesday, 16 July at 7 pm (SA time).

They’ll be eager to end their tour on a high note by securing another victory.
