Jamie Vardy to MLS?! Relegated Leicester star linked with shock move to United States as 38-year-old waits to discover if Foxes want to keep him

Per The Sun, Vardy is being eyed by MLS clubs ahead of the summer transfer window. Leicester were relegated at the weekend after their defeat to Liverpool, and the 38-year-old is now awaiting clarity from the club over his future. It is unclear if the Foxes will look to move him on; the veteran has a contract until the summer but he is undecided over whether he wants to remain at the King Power Stadium.

Vardy has still contributed effectively this season, scoring seven Premier League goals. He has plenty of experience of the Championship but the veteran may decide to head stateside as he looks to bring the curtain down on a glittering career.

Leicester still have five games of the season to play and it appears the striker will discuss his future then. It is unclear which MLS teams are interested in signing the striker, but there is said to be a willingness from both the forward and his wife, Rebekah, to head to America.

Leicester face Wolves, Southampton, Nottingham Forest, Ipswich Town, and Bournemouth before the season is out. Then Leicester will begin their preparations for the Championship.
