Molefi Ntseki showed just why the South African Football Association (Safa) bosses entrusted him with the responsibility of leading Bafana Bafana.&nbsp;
He came up with his own formation (4-5-1) and didn't try to be any of the previous Bafana coaches as he played everyone to their strength, including the likes of Thulani Serero and Thembinkosi Lorch in the final third.

Ntseki is his own man 

Stuart Baxter overlooked Kermit Erasmus a few times during his tenure and left him out altogether from the&nbsp; Afcon 2019 squad despite the striker's form at Cape Town City.
However, he proved just why the national team needs players like him - with pace, ability to penetrate opposition defence and score goals - although he was couldn't find the back of the net, Erasmus showed that he is hungry and willing to represent his country with pride.&nbsp;

While Bafana Bafana conceded a single goal against Mali, their defence was evidently very shaky, and this is something Ntseki should work on going forward.&nbsp;
On another day, Bafana could have conceded more than just one goal as their back four often struggled to clear their lines, and they were at times caught ball-watching inside the box. Against more clinical opponents, Bafana would have been exposed.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Bafana's defence is shaky 

Dean Furman may not be famous among the majority of South African fans, but he continues to give his all whenever he's called up to the national team.&nbsp;
He scored against Mali to take his tally at&nbsp;international level to four, and Furman is surely cementing his&nbsp;status, especially with Hlompho Kekana often overlooked for that spot in midfield.

Not everyone expected Bafana's big-name players to have so much respect to Ntseki, especially after his appointment caused a stir across the country.&nbsp;
When Bafana scored, Ntseki celebrated with his players on the bench and hugged his players whenever he substituted them. By so doing, he is getting them to understand how important they are to his team and appreciates their efforts, and almost every player talks about Ntseki with so much respect.&nbsp;
