Super Cup Overview

Former Leeds United manager Jesse Marsch has launched a scathing attack on Manchester City following their recent guilty verdict for 115 financial breaches. The American coach insisted that their cheating was common knowledge within the sport, questioning the legitimacy of their transfer dealings and openly demanding that the champions be relegated.

Former Premier League striker Charlie Austin has heavily criticised Roberto De Zerbi, questioning whether the head coach has the necessary credentials to turn things around at Tottenham Hotspur following a disastrous start to the season. The London club currently sit rock-bottom of the table after spending heavily in the summer, leading to mounting pressure on De Zerbi.

Brighton & Hove Albion chief executive Paul Barber has declared that the club remains unfazed by the prospect of losing their top talent or coaching staff to European giants. The Seagulls have established themselves as one of the most efficiently run organisations in world football, consistently replacing key figures without losing their competitive edge.

Former Arsenal defender Emmanuel Eboue has backed his former international team-mate Yaya Toure to make a historic return to English football. The ex-Ivory Coast star believes the Manchester City legend possesses all the necessary qualities to become the first Ivorian to manage in the Premier League.
