Sony Sugar stretches home record as Posta Rangers settle for a third draw

Sony Sugar registered a second consecutive win in the Kenyan Premier League while Posta Rangers played their third straight draw of the season.

Posta Rangers were held by newbies Vihiga United while Sony Sugar beat visiting Zoo FC to take their win record to two from three matches.

Sony lost the opening match to Wazito, but bounced back with a slim 1-0 win over Ulinzi Stars last weekend.

The Millers produced yet another important win against Zoo FC at the Awendo Green Stadium to rectify their shaky start to the season.

Posta, on the other hand, are yet to win a single match. The Sammy ‘Pamzo’ Omollo coached side kicked the season with 1-1 draw against AFC Leopards before settling for a 0-0 draw with Tusker FC last weekend.

In the other match of the day, Bandari forced hosts Thika United to a scoreless draw at the Thika Sub-County Stadium.
