He is a big figure in the world of football and in players' careers. You need to win, but he needs a lot of ambition, enthusiasm and excitement, and he brings all of that with him."
He elaborated: "What has changed about Mourinho's personality since he arrived at Real Madrid? I don't think we should think about what he has changed or what he hasn't changed, but rather about what he does and what he has added. He gives the players a lot of confidence and stability. He is very frank and says things as they are, and when you are at this level you don't need flattery or for someone to tell you that you are the best or not the best."
