Hearts of Oak sign Mohammed Alhassan in four-year deal

Hearts of Oak have announced the signing of former Wafa defender Mohammed Alhassan in a four-year deal as a free agent.

The 26-year-old left Wafa this week following the expiration of his contract. He is expected to team up with Fatawu Mohammed in the Pobians' defence when the Ghana Premier League resumes.

"Mohammed Alhassan has signed a long term deal with @HeartsOfOakGH. Welcome Alhassan," a club statement read.
Alhassan becomes the second signing of new coach Kim Grant after goalkeeper Richmond Ayi, also from Wafa, joined last week.

Goal understands that Hearts have officially made a bid for Inter Allies striker Victorien Adebayor.
