Barcelona have registered their four summer signings. Karim Adeyemi, Anthony Gordon, Rodri and Joao Cancelo all received the necessary approval, while Besio remains unavailable for the trip to Elche as bureaucratic procedures continue.
According to the Spanish newspaper "Marca", Cancelo was the last of the four to be cleared. His registration appeared on the website of the Spanish La Liga at exactly 10:30 on Saturday morning, while he was out on the training pitch.
Barcelona kicked off the registration process on Friday. Rodri became the first to get the green light from the relevant authority, even as he continued to train individually.
Adeyemi's name landed in the La Liga records next, before Gordon followed with his own approval.
Cancelo completed the set on Saturday morning, his clearance coming through during the session. All four are now eligible to face Elche if Hansi Flick judges the moment right to involve them, though the Madrid midfielder Rodri trained individually for a second day running.
Besio, by contrast, will not make Barcelona's squad for tomorrow's match. The player will hold a registration card with Barcelona Atletic but cannot feature against Elche while the paperwork needed to clear him drags on.
He trained with the reserve team on Saturday, waiting on the completion of the procedures required to register him and let him play.
