According to AS, Vinicius Jr wants to be paid €20 million (£16.5m) a year - a 33 per cent rise from the salary he and Mbappe are currently on (€15m/£12.4m). The report adds talks over a new deal will resume in the summer.
The Brazil international, whose contract runs until 2027, has scored 102 goals and bagged 76 assists in 300 appearances since signing for Madrid in 2018 from Flamengo.
