<p>Liverpool managed to hold onto the early lead given to them by Diogo Jota to <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/liverpool-player-ratings-crystal-palace-virgil-van-dijk-colossus-alisson-injury/blte83feb7c640ab07d" target="_blank">claim victory and three points</a>. With the international break now taking over after this weekend, the Reds are not back in action until Chelsea visit Anfield on October 20. Palace, for whom this was a second-straight defeat to a team from Merseyside, travel to Nottingham Forest on October 21.</p>
