The right-back can discuss a move to a foreign club in January, and reports have suggested that <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/real-madrid-losing-hope-alphonso-davies-bayern-munich-audacious-move-liverpool-trent-alexander-arnold-january/blta7026ec4b21dd695" target="_blank">Real could table a bid for the England international once the transfer window opens</a> at the turn of the year.</p>

<p>Alexander-Arnold remains a key player for Liverpool under new boss Arne Slot, making 18 appearances in all competitions. Nevertheless, he has refused to give any indication as to whether he plans to remain on Merseyside or head to Spain. </p>

He added: "I think we win multiple trophies. I think that's the level that we're at, that's the level we've shown that we're capable of, beating the best teams in the world."</p>
