WHAT LEWANDOWSKI SAID
He told Bild: "I’ve won more than 30 titles in my career. But I’m ready for more. It’s not an issue for me. I’ll stay next season. Right now, all I have on my mind is Barcelona. Our team will be even better next season.”
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Lewandowski is still proving he is one of the best strikers in the world after scoring a whopping 42 goals for Barcelona this season, in a campaign where he helped them win La Liga and the Copa del Rey. Barca have an option to extend the Poland international's deal until 2027 but it remains to be seen if they will go ahead with that and if he will be tempted by the Saudi riches.
