It's all about Jude Bellingham at Real Madrid. In what was supposed to be a difficult season for Los Blancos, with Karim Benzema gone and no Kylian Mbappe to replace him, the England midfielder has stepped up. He is scoring at a similar rate to Cristiano Ronaldo in his early days at Santiago Bernabeu, and has Madrid in full swing.
The England midfielder cannot do it all alone, however, and if Madrid are to fight for trophies on all fronts in 2023-24, they need other players to start stepping up. Fortunately for Carlo Ancelotti, that feeling seems to have finally hit his squad, and though they remain second in La Liga, Los Blancos are rounding into form nicely.
